Yesterday I hosted a meet up with a couple of fellow Stampin’ Up! demonstrators that I met at OnStage in November 2017 in Salt Lake City. Turned out they lived in nearby cities. Small world!
I made up little swag bags for them that I filled with some little projects I made and some treats.
I found these cute pink and gold foil bags at Michaels. Perfect for my swag bags! I used the Painted With Love Specialty DSP to make matching tags. I just love this paper, it’s so pretty – with pinks and gold foil.
I used the Sure Do Love You bundle and the Heart Happiness stamp set for the hearts and the sentiment. The cute banner is from the Party Hat Birthday bundle. And the tag base is from the Painted With Love DSP cut out with the second largest label die in the Lots of Labels Framelits dies.
I also created simple toppers for cello bags filled with some yogurt covered pretzels. I attached the mini gold sequin trim with a stapler. I then covered the staple with a little gold heart. The little gold heart was punched out from the gold foil in the DSP. Both of these hearts were punched out using retired heart punches from Stampin’ Up! – Sweetheart punch and Small Heart punch. But I could have also used the Sweet & Sassy Framelits dies. Super simple topper – this DSP is so pretty it’s all you need!
And lastly, I decorated some slim notepads with the gorgeous Sweet Soiree Specialty DSP and added these to the swag bags. The inspiration for these notepads was from Sam Hammond (Pootles). The sentiment is from the Crafting Forever stamp set.
I added a few other things, along with some yummy treats, but I didn’t take photos of those. I hope the ladies liked my swag bags cause I sure had fun creating them! And I definitely had fun stamping together!
Thanks for stopping by!
